Special General Meeting

Unfortunately there was not a quorum for Annual General Meeting on the 9th of June so there was also a Special General Meeting on Monday 24th June at 7:30pm to formally approve the recommendations made at the AGM.

Agenda

Following the meeting we will be holding an open discussion to allow members and the committee to talk about what the Friends do next including work on the mural and organising more social events.

Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting covering the financial year from April 2023-24 will be taking place in Screen 2 at the Picture House on Sunday 9th June. The AGM will begin promptly at 2pm but doors will be open from around 1:15pm to allow members to talk to each other and the committee whilst enjoying some complimentary refreshments.

After the meeting has concluded we will also be showing  a mixed programme of international short films exploring public art and graffiti. These films have been brought together to stimulate thought about cultural work in public spaces and specifically to challenge notions of high and low art that often come into play when considering graffiti work.

We would be glad to see as many of you as possible there but you will need to be signed up to our Pay What You Decide membership scheme in order to attend.

If you are unable to sign up or make a payment online please let us know and we can arrange an alternative way for you to join before the AGM begins.
