General Meetings 2021/2022

Please note that due to Covid-19 delays the 2020 and 2021 General Meetings took place in January and February of the following year. We are holding the 2022 General Meetings (covering 2021-22) this autumn to get things back on track. This will also be the final AGM under the current membership model before the new schemes start in 2023 .

Special General Meeting

Sunday 16th October 2022 at 5pm
Online via Zoom

The Friends of the Hyde Park Picture House Annual General Meeting was held on September 25th but the number of attendees fell below the quorum required to make formal decisions. We went through all agenda items (see below) and a online Special General Meeting will be held on Sunday 16th October at 5pm to formalise the decisions. This time the quorum will be the number of people attending after 15 minutes rather than a set figure as per our constitution.

The SGM will be followed by a committee meeting.

2021/2022 Annual General Meeting

Sunday 25th September from 1:30pm
Headingley Enterprise & Arts Centre (HEART)

We will be holding an in-person Annual General Meeting at HEART from 1:30pm on Sunday 25th September. We hope to show a short film and discuss what we’ve been up to as well as some news about the Picture House re-opening. We would be glad to see as many of you as possible there.
